Following a survey being emailed out to our Patient Participation Group and left in reception for patients to complete, we have collated your responses and finalised our survey report for your information.  This can be found below.  A hard copy is in main reception should you wish to read this while waiting for your appointment.  We would like to thank all those who assisted with this survey and do hope the changes we have made will go some way to improving the services we offer to our patients.
